Mrs. Vidhya Iyengar is the founder of Vidhya Iyengar Associates established in 2006. She practices as counsel in the criminal side at Bombay high court . She is a Posh committee member in reputed organizations." She is a guest faculty with reputed B- schools. She caters to a distinguished clientele and provides an array of litigation and arbitration services. She organizes workshops on legal training in colleges/Organizations.

The COVID-19 pandemic in India is a part of the Worldwide Pandemic Coronavirus disease -2019. The world got affected and lockdown was a very common word everywhere. At Sharon, being a Pharma Company was part of Essential services has to carry on the show in spite of various difficulties. The morale was high and following government guidelines Sharon went on… The war is still on but we are not who give up.

We planted around 50 saplings and each employee was given responsibility of looking after the saplings and ensure they grow. Yes, it’s a drop in Ocean but ocean is made up of Drops. In this endeavor we invited Mr. Pravin Thote for sensitization program at our corporate office and yes, he did a commendable job wonderful job by explaining everything about the act and need for forming "Anti Sextual harassment committee"
